With a long history in sales and marketing Paul became a licensed Real estate agent in the state of California at the early age of 20. since his retirement from real estate in 1987 paul has resided in san diegos exclusive north coastal strip and the famed plam springs area often maintaining his business operations in both locations.

Paul is a proficient martial arts expert who began studying the Japanese defensive art of aikido at the age of four under his father who is also an accomplished martial artist. Paul holds a 2nd degree black belt and has been instructing students in the martial arts for over 20 years. Over the years Paul has shared his vast experience in the martial arts with hundreds of students from all parts of the globe. Paul has worked with marine corps amphibious assault teams – navy seals - and other military personel.
