Everyday excellence
Achieving success is the result of consistent focused action.
Paul's message of everyday excellence is about understanding that each day
provides fresh opportunities.
"Every day we are alive is unique and irreplaceable and should be
approached with a vigor and enthusiasm that says "I'm living today with
specific intention". Having a daily goal that challenges us to do just one
thing better than the day before is an example of one way of living
everyday excellence. If you want greater success in any endeavor focus on
small daily actions not the end goal. Do this and success will be an
automatic and natural result" Paul Rhines
Average vs. Superstar -
what's the difference?
"What separates an average achiever from a superstar achiever? As
humans we all share the same neurology so the difference is simply how we
utilize our neurological systems. Our beliefs are the system through which
all things are possible, and more importantly what restricts our success.
Having goals isn't enough - we have to examine our beliefs as closely as
we examine our goals and ensure that one supports the other. This is a key
element of success." Paul Rhines
Strategies for measuring our beliefs impact on our goals are detailed. In
the full day workshop attendees complete workbook exercises that examine
beliefs & how to design them for success.
Communication & success
Our ability to produce outstanding results often relies on our
ability to communicate our ideas effectively. This means more than just
being a "Smooth Talker". It means having the ability to understand what is
important to those we are involved with and communicating in ways, which
convey that what is important to them, is also important to us. This is
true for not only the rich and famous; it is true for super salespeople,
master managers, effective executives, top teachers, every-one who seeks
to excel in any field or endeavor. Paul emphasizes the value of effective
communication; details key communication skills utilized by superstar
achievers from all walks of life and introduces attendees to a variety of
sources for rapidly developing powerful communication skills.
Automatic Success - It's
no accident
"Many people believe that success is elusive. Some think success is
the result of luck or happenstance. These are highly limiting beliefs,
which restrict ones ability to achieve that which one desires. Success of
any kind, on any level, doesn't happen by accident. It does however happen
automatically. That is an important distinction. When you combine all of
the correct elements in the proper ways success is an automatic and
natural outcome". Paul Rhines
In this portion of the program Paul explains the concept of automatic
success. Then, with the help of several attendees Paul graphically
illustrates this concept by challenging them to accomplish a seemingly
simple task and then examining the steps that were necessary to achieve
success.
Why even bother?
This portion of the program is about motivation. Getting a group of
people motivated often requires nothing more than an inspiring story, but
maintaining that level of energy over a long-term period requires
something more. In the keynote address Paul explores the psychology of
motivation, and introduces the concepts of association & disassociation,
detailing the impact they have on our ability to get and stay motivated.
Paul’s approach to motivation: "Show people how it is that they get
excited about things they already enjoy doing. Once they understand the
psychology of their own motivation they can create that same level of
excitement for any task - then you have lasting motivation"
In the half-day & full-day programs attendees examine motivation from a
psychological perspective by completing an interactive worksheet exercise
led by Paul.
Money mysteries, mistakes
and myths
"Each and every one of us can enjoy economic abundance and it's not
about getting a bigger salary or higher commission, it's about what you do
with the money you already earn. Creating wealth is about creating assets.
It's about using your money to make you money." Most people have only a
minimal understanding of economics. They believe we live in a state of
economic scarcity where there is only so much money to go around, and if
someone has an abundance of wealth, there is less left over for all the
rest of us. This widely held belief is not only inaccurate it is the root
of many peoples financial stresses. In this portion of the program Paul
dispels many of the common misconceptions concerning money & economics.
Paul introduces attendees to the "Economic alchemy" model of financial
abundance and other inspirational views concerning securing financial
freedom.
We are all superstars
Inspired individuals & groups are moved to take action. In this
portion of the program Paul delivers high level inspiration through a
variety of personal stories from the pages of his own life, that
illustrate the ability to achieve goals through behavioral flexibility.
Paul’s advanced communication skills are clearly evident as he combines
metaphors, relating to the goals of the group with thought provoking
questions and subtle messages which unite inspiration with motivation at
both the conscious and sub-conscious levels.
Success re-defined
Success and money are often thought of as mutually exclusive, a
view which makes the attainment of either or both seem more challenging for
most people in our society. In this uplifting segment Paul separates
success from money and examines the value of each in a way that leaves
every attendee feeling empowered with an enhanced sense of self worth and
possibility.
"Having large sums of money does not constitute success. Being successful
doesn't guarantee financial independence. One has nothing whatsoever to do
with the other.
Success is about living a life you can be proud of. It's about your
character and integrity. If you act with honor in all circumstances you
can be assured that you will live a successful life, which will deeply
impact the lives of countless others. In my assessment this is truly the
most important measure of a persons life and it is something that every
one of us can and should demand of ourselves today and everyday." Paul
